Recently went into Universal as I wanted to get a new pair of mid blue denim jeans. From the time I walked in, to the trying on experience I was astounded by the helpfulness of the staff. The first girl was so helpful and then handed me over to Emily at the change rooms. She took time to understand what I was looking for and was super helpful without being over bearing. I found the perfect pair of jeans and left feeling so happy! Can’t say I have experienced much help like this in a store for a long time. Thank you!

I just went into your Universal store in Brisbane City. I was looking for an outfit to wear to an event and one of your employees Chloe was absolutely amazing! She helped me with so many different choices and definitely went above and beyond to help me feel comfortable and find the perfect outfit. I have worked in retail for many years and she was an absolute legend that really did care about finding me the right outfit. Thank you Chloe you made my shopping experience:)

Went to Universal today just for a little browse and ended up picking up 2 shirts on a fabulous 2 for 60$ sale. I also had a conversation with one of the employees, Kevin, he was very kind and helpful and easy to talk to. It was definitely one of if not the best retail worker interaction I’ve had in a very long time. Massive shoutout to Kevin and the other employees there, quality clothing and excellent service, definitely recommend.
